"Chicken" Avodaco Sandwich

2 slices whole grain bread or English muffin
1/2 Avocado, mashed
1 tsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp omega-3 mayonnaise or vegenaise
lettuce leaf
1/2 chopped tomoato
2 oz. "chicken" (acceptable soy-based substitute), heated in a pan
